Vision can be exhausting. 4eye.de has gathered for you three little in between exercises to help you can offer your troubled eyes relax.

Exercise 1:

Just let your gaze times. From top to bottom, from left to right. You should look at the outlines of those objects that are located on the edge of your visual field.


Exercise 2:

Take a pencil and hold it at arms length away from your face. Secure the pencil tip, then you look very relaxed in the distance. Do this exercise several times quietly.

Exercise 3:
